SmartTrade CloudLadder provides a suite of tools designed for B2B marketing and business development scenarios, including: a Google Maps Scraper for extracting publicly available business information from public Google Maps listings; MediaMingle Pro for discovering emails and contact details via search engines and corporate websites; email tools for bulk cleaning and validating email addresses, supporting email marketing and sending; tools for validating WhatsApp number reachability; and an Email Finder browser extension for discovering email addresses directly in the browser. All tools are intended only for lawful and compliant business use, and any data processed should originate from public sources or lawfully authorized channels.

3. Acceptable Use and Responsibility

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and are solely responsible for your use of the SmartTrade CloudLadder products and any data processed through them. This includes, without limitation: a) Ensuring that your use of the Google Maps Scraper, MediaMingle, email tools, WhatsApp validation tools, and browser extensions complies with all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., data privacy, anti-spam, electronic communications, and cross-border data transfer laws). b) Not scraping, storing, or using any non-public personally identifiable information, or using data in a way that infringes others' privacy, reputation, or other legitimate rights. c) Not using the Services in any manner that could disrupt, overburden, or damage third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google Maps, search engines, email providers, or messaging platforms. d) Not reselling, bulk redistributing, or white-labeling the Services or their outputs for commercial exploitation without our prior written consent. e) Not attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, bypass licensing or technical protections, or otherwise attempt to discover the underlying implementation of the Services.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that: a) Any individual product or the Services as a whole within SmartTrade CloudLadder will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. b) The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data obtained through the Services, including data originating from Google Maps, search engine results, third-party websites, or communication platforms. Such data is largely sourced from third parties or public channels, and we cannot guarantee that it is always up-to-date or entirely accurate. c) Any email or messaging campaigns executed using the Services will achieve specific expected results or conversion rates.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Linglong Technology, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, any SmartTrade CloudLadder product or Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or damage to reputation, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the total amount of fees actually paid by you for the relevant Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial transaction date. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that this policy applies to the initial purchase only and does not cover subsequent renewals unless cancellations were made prior to the renewal date.
